2nd Period, 4th Period, & 6th Period
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will include a year-long program of intense human anatomy and physiology studies. The areas covered will include: medical terminology, basic chemistry, cell and tissue structure, and the 11 systems of the human body (integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, circulatory, lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive). *There will be some topics presented in this area that may be considered sensitive. Students are expected to act maturely when covering such topics. Parents wishing to preview any of the information prior to that unit can do so by contacting the teacher. There is a Lab fee of $20 for this course which is due August 27th. You can pay online through EFunds or in the front office.
